A Day of Mindfulness

Please join us as we step out of the busyness of our lives to refresh and renew ourselves. The simple practice of mindfulness brings us innumerable gifts; among them, the capacity to see life in all its beauty, immediacy, and wonder. Our activities will include guided meditation, silent meditation, walking meditation and a Dharma talk.
Meditation experience is not necessary.
