A Day of Loving-Kindness and Gratitude

Join us as we share the joy of practicing in our virtual community, offering one another the gifts of silence, mindfulness, loving-kindness, and compassion.  Activities include sitting and walking meditation and a Dharma talk.  The focus will be on healing and transforming the mind of dissatisfaction, with specific practices for establishing a mind that is loving, open, and grateful.

Meditation experience is not necessary.
